About Perspectives Therapy

You are reading this because things need to change, perhaps you’re at a crossroads, or you’ve reached a breaking point. We know you’ve considered what would happen if things stay as they are, and the cost to you and those you love if you don’t get help now. You keep pushing forward because a number of people would be worse off without you and because you want better for yourself.

Perhaps you have wondered what life would be like if you weren’t struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, low mood or the day-to-day impact of trauma. That’s where Perspectives Therapy comes in. You are the hero of your story; we are here to support and guide you through the challenges you are facing.  You can overcome. We can help you.

There are various methods you can use to do this with Perspectives. Therapy is only one of these. You will also find various resources and tips in the blog focused on areas such as goal setting, anxiety and sleep.  Where appropriate, the blog will also include recommendations for resources you may be able to pick up elsewhere that may help you in various ways.

What to expect in your first session

You’ll have a space to talk openly and begin to make sense of what you’re going through, with support that feels thoughtful, steady and tailored to you.

"I found the sessions to be very beneficial, I felt listened to and Sarah always allowed me to express how I felt. Sarah gave me the opportunity at every session to cover anything I particularly thought would be beneficial. This was very positive and every session was professional, and made me realise that how I was feeling and was behaving was normal - this was very important."
