    Hi, I’m Sarah. As an experienced Consultant Psychologist. My aim is to journey with you to support you in addressing difficulties that may prevent you from living the life you want. I work with people from all walks of life, mainly:  

    • Adult survivors of childhood trauma
    • Survivors of complex trauma (including birth trauma)
    • High achievers who also worry they aren’t good enough
